Whether you're on a ski or summer vacation, on a business trip, a short city break or just outside your own front door: Maps 3D lets you download 3D maps quickly and free-of-charge for your next outdoor adventure and use them offline.
All you need to do is select the map tile you want before you start your trip or while you're on the move. Depending on the region, different map versions are available which display hiking and bike paths, ski lifts and slopes, or rail and bus routes. Once you've downloaded the map, you don't need to worry about expensive roaming charges or reception black holes - Maps 3D just needs a GPS signal to point you in the right direction when you're in the great outdoors.
To generate maps, Maps 3D accesses the global maps of OpenStreetMap and combines them with optimized NASA 3D scans of the Earth.
